2021 was a fantastic year at Alaska Expedition Lodge, filled with memorable fishing trips, family adventures, and culinary delights.

Fishing Success

In October, we had an incredible season with families enjoying the thrill of fishing in remote Alaska. The Tsiu River, renowned for its bountiful Silver Salmon, did not disappoint. Guests experienced the excitement of catching fresh, wild Alaska salmon, creating unforgettable memories.

Bear Sightings and Scenic Beauty

In August, our guests enjoyed stellar fishing weeks and abundant wildlife sightings, including bears. The pristine beauty of the Tsiu River and the surrounding wilderness provided a breathtaking backdrop for all activities.

Culinary Delights

Chef Josh delighted everyone with his culinary skills. Known for his “ninja skills” in the kitchen, Josh’s creations, including fresh bread, received rave reviews from guests. His ability to craft amazing meals added a unique touch to the lodge experience, making each meal a highlight of the stay.
